On my way in to work this morning, a lovely doe appeared on our small road, paused to look at me, then leapt off into the woods. I’m so glad I was traveling slowly and had the chance to see her. There are far too many accidents reported in our local papers when deer and car collide.
Seems like summer has finally arrived! It’s a beautiful day in downtwn Peterborough. NH. Depot Square is brimming with wonderful shops to explore, and interesting restaurants to visit. Come see!
Back to work… on upcoming issues of Dig magazine… Stonehenge (October) and What’s For Dinner? (November/December, exploring food around the world from an archaeological perspective). And I get to read about France for tomorrow’s design meeting of Faces, for their January issue!
