Glorious morning!

After a wonderful long weekend off, and a hectic first day back at work, I really need to write something about the fabulous foliage I see every day. The reds and golds are gathering strength every moment. We’ve been taking our two dogs out in the field below the house and letting them bound all over the place, investigate the brook, and get their energy out. And we’ve been enjoying the wonderful changes in the leaves…They’re really spectacular this year. The swamp maples are flaming, and there are more and more tawny tones joining them. There’s still plenty of green, too, so there’s more to come.

I even had a day to work on polymer clay projects. Two shows are coming up in November, and there’s another special project in the works. It was lovely to be able to have the time to work,,, and play.
