Refund policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted for non-custom pieces only within seven days of delivery. Refunds will be with the original method of payment, less return shipping. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

If an item is a gift, it may be exchanged for an item of equal value within 30 days in its original condition. Buyer is responsible for new shipping costs.
